What exactly is a BoundMoments book?

An original, written and illustrated story about real people — a couple, a parent, a friend, a mentor. It has 13 chapters with 13 full-page illustrations, 32 pages in total, in a square 20 × 20 cm format, printed as a hardcover or a booklet.

Is it a photo book?

No. We do not lay out your photos. We write a story from what you tell us and illustrate it in one consistent style. Photos are optional and only help the illustrated people resemble the real ones.

Can I see the book before I pay?

Yes. The free preview shows the cover, the synopsis and the first pages. You can change the idea, the style or the details before you order.

How are the story and illustrations created?

With AI, based on the information and photos you provide. Every book is checked page by page for consistency, and you read the finished book before it is printed.

Which languages are available?

More than 35 languages, and bilingual editions with two languages on every page.

What happens to the photos I upload?

They are used only to create your book, stored on servers in the EU and never used for advertising. You can delete them at any time.

How long does delivery take?

The full book is ready within a few hours of ordering. Printing and shipping usually take 3–7 business days within the EU; you receive tracking information.

Can I change the book after ordering?

Yes, you can request changes to text and illustrations before you approve the book for print. Once it is printed, a personalized book cannot be returned unless it is defective.

Can several people give the book together?

Yes. One person creates and orders the book; friends, family or colleagues can contribute memories that you add to the story.
