3. Preview and contract

Creating a preview is free and non-binding. A contract is concluded when you complete the checkout and we confirm your order by email.

4. Prices and payment

All prices include VAT. Shipping costs are shown before you complete your order. Payment is processed by Stripe.

5. Your content

You confirm that you may use the names, information and photos you provide and that they do not infringe the rights of others. Do not upload content that is unlawful or that you are not allowed to share. We may refuse orders that violate these rules.

6. Approval and printing

You can review the finished book and request changes before it is printed. By approving the book for print you confirm the content.

7. No right of withdrawal

Books are produced to your individual specifications and clearly personalized. The statutory right of withdrawal therefore does not apply (§ 312g (2) no. 1 BGB).

We ship to the countries offered at checkout. Delivery times are estimates; you receive tracking information by email.

9. Defects

If your book arrives damaged or with printing defects, contact support@boundmoments.com within 14 days with a photo. We will reprint or refund it. Statutory warranty rights remain unaffected.
